Why is there no price on each plan?
The first month is free and monthly plans start at $299, so you know the floor before you talk to anyone. Past that it comes down to how many calls you actually take in a month. A table of three tiers usually pushes people into the wrong one, so we look at your call volume on the demo and tell you which plan covers it. That call takes about fifteen minutes.
What does the free month include?
A full month on your real line, with full transcripts of every call it takes. No card up front, no subscription and no setup fee. At the end of it you get a report — calls answered, appointments booked, recordings — and you either pick a plan or walk away owing nothing.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. There is no contract, so you can move up, move down or stop whenever you want — tell us and we change it from our side. There is no self-serve billing portal yet and nothing prorates automatically, so a change takes effect from the date we agree it.
Do I need a contract?
No contracts required. A monthly plan is month-to-month at a flat price, with no per-minute meter, and spam calls and hang-ups are never counted against it. The other option charges per booked appointment, so you pay only when Sara actually books you a job. Cancel anytime either way.
What if the AI misses calls or makes mistakes?
It will get things wrong sometimes, and we would rather say so than quote an accuracy number we have not measured. What you get instead is the full transcript of every call, so you can read exactly what was said and ring the customer back if it went sideways. Tell us what it got wrong and we adjust how it answers.
How long does setup take?
Setup is one onboarding call. We configure the agent with your business name, services and how you want the phone answered, run test calls with you, and you forward your number when you are happy with it.
